Mobile Application Development for Vipex
As part of this project, a fully functional mobile application was developed for both iOS and Android platforms for Vipex. The main goal was to move courier and shipment services into the digital environment, offering users complete control through fast ordering, real-time tracking, and integrated notifications.
Through the app, users can register to create personal accounts, place shipment orders, track delivery status in real time, and receive instant updates at every stage through the notification system. Designed for both individual and corporate users, this solution centralizes logistics operations, simplifies management, and enhances service quality.
The app’s design follows modern UX/UI standards and includes multilingual support, mobile optimization, and notification integration. By applying the latest mobile app development technologies, Vipex transformed the ordering, shipping, and notification processes into an efficient, fast, and reliable system.

We brought business networking into a single smart platform

A technical specification was prepared for Vipex. The goal was to digitize courier and delivery services, giving users full control through real-time tracking and notification features.
02/
The core modules of the mobile app were defined: registration and authentication, order creation, map-based tracking, notification system, and history module.
03/
The design was created in Figma based on modern UX/UI principles. Ease of use, minimalist interface, and multilingual support were ensured.
04/
The frontend was developed using Flutter and optimized for both iOS and Android devices. The app was tested for performance and energy efficiency.
05/
A modular server-side architecture was built to manage orders, users, and delivery processes. Data transmission is fully encrypted for security.
06/
A Firebase infrastructure was implemented to enable real-time tracking and notification mechanisms. Users can instantly monitor order status and delivery progress.
07/
A RabbitMQ queue system was implemented for reliable and sequential notification delivery, ensuring stability in order flow management.
08/
A map-based tracking module with GPS integration was implemented, allowing customers to monitor courier movement and order status in real time.
09/
Push notifications were integrated to instantly inform users about order status, delivery stages, and system updates.
10/
The application was published on App Store, Google Play, and other mobile marketplaces. Stability and performance were verified across all versions.

Order flow, map module, socket connection, and push notifications were thoroughly tested. The project was successfully deployed and launched.

Before
Vipex managed orders and shipments mainly through its website and traditional methods, with no mobile app or real-time tracking system.
After
With the newly developed iOS and Android mobile app, ordering, tracking, and notifications were fully digitized, enhancing user experience and service efficiency.
