Azerobot - CRM system for course management
A tailor-made CRM system was developed for Azerobot to bring more flexibility and automation to course management. Built with modern CRM development practices, the system centralizes all administrative processes of courses. Key features include student registration, group management, payment tracking, teacher schedules, and timetable planning. To meet broader business needs, the platform also incorporates elements of ERP development, integrating accounting and reporting processes seamlessly. With a user-friendly interface, digital solutions, and responsive design, both administrators and teachers can manage operations effortlessly. This project enabled Azerobot to transition course management into a fully digital ecosystem, ensuring transparency and efficiency for students and staff.

The desktop interface is designed for managing courses, tracking groups and instructors, and organizing payments and student data. The admin panel centralizes every stage of the training process for full control and efficiency.

Before
Course management was handled manually or across multiple disconnected tools. Student registration, payment tracking, and teacher schedules were difficult to manage.
After
With the Azerobot CRM system, all processes are centralized. Built with CRM development and ERP development standards, it automates student registration, payment tracking, customer cabinet, and the notification system.
